You do not need any contact centre experience to work for us, we will provide a full training induction programme for you, this will give you all the tools you need to start your exciting journey with us and to start providing our customers with our first-class service.
We are looking for amazing communicators who listen and empathise with our customers, our customers can be experiencing difficult times, imagine the feeling you would get knowing you have helped them? Teamwork makes the dreamwork, yes this may be a cliché, but teamwork is important, and we want all our people to work together to achieve our goals. We are not looking for computer programmers, but it would be awesome if you have some basic IT skills.
