Role: Apprentice Business Administrator

Salary: £11,648.00 pa

Location: Colton, Leeds

Full Time: 35 hours

Flexible contractual hours, however, will need to be able to commit to full training hours for initial induction and training.

We are looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our innovative Debt Purchase Team in Colton, Leeds. We are looking for a confident, bubbly, driven individual who wants to build their career within the business sector. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work their way up! No prior experience is needed just a great work ethic and driven personality and you will be fully trained and supported with the rest! You will be completing your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship via Juniper Training.

So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:

As our Apprentice Business Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing operational business admin support to the team to allow them to fulfil client requirements and business revenue targets
  • Querying with client’s customer accounts where there may be a discrepancy/misunderstanding as to how the balance has come about
  • Data inputting on to customer accounts with new information as to the development of their relationship and situation.
  • Chasing customers for outstanding information when relevant
  • Sending out invoices for customers to explain the detail of any debts that are outstanding

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or above are required for this role
