Who are First Locate?
1st (First) Locate is a financial services outsourcing company that provides customer account management services to our clients, from: Government Departments, Energy & Utility Companies, plus our own accounts. Once we have been notified of an account assignment by a client, 1st Locate engage (as LCS) with the customer. 1st Locate don’t deal directly with customer accounts, however you may see 1st Locate Ltd on your bank transactions.

What do LCS do?
Knowing that an individual human story is behind every account, LCS enables customers to take control of their account, and manage any outstanding balances, especially when it may be a stressful stage in their life, possibly due to financial hardship. Our friendly LCS staff are here to help customers, without judgement or attached stigma, and find the best outcome for all parties.
As an LCS Customer, what do I need to do?

Your dashboard provides the easiest way to: manage your account, and also get the direct contact information for your specific LCS team if you require more information, or have a query about your account balance.
How do I know 1st Locate & LCS are legitimate?
You will have received your client (and an LCS) reference number. Please check the client reference number details match previous client correspondence.

Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN): 705145.
A member of the Credit Services Association (CSA)
Incorporated at Companies House.

LCS is a trading Style of First Locate. If you have a transaction that states “1STLOCATE T/A LCS” then this is likely to relate to a personal account for a multitude of different providers from our client portfolio. We represent most organisations within the UK Government and most companies in the Energy, Water and Banking Sectors, including Credit Cards providers.
