We are looking for a Business Analyst IT/Digital BA to join our innovative Support Team in Colton, Leeds.

First Locate are one of the UK’s largest outsource resources for debt resolution and payment processing. We have been a leading Debt Management business for over two decades. So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:

First Locate is making significant investments as part of an exciting programme of change. We are looking to appoint a Full Time Business Analyst, with a strong IT/Digital BA background to be part of the team.

The successful candidate will provide a Business Analysis function to ensure that processes and systems are captured, analysed and reviewed during change projects, and to ensure that solutions provide the maximum possible benefits to the First Locate. This will be achieved through supporting staff in the development of business cases, running workshops to define functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring that these requirements are understood by suppliers, working with stakeholders to research, identify and evaluate solutions.

The postholder will also work with the Head of Technical Development and provide project management to ensure the portfolio of projects carried out at the First Locate are completed successfully. This will include engaging with stakeholders both inside and outside of our digital space, developing and completing project governance documentation, managing project risks, chairing project meetings, managing project budgets as well as continuing to improve the First Locates programme and project management tools and methodologies.

 

What we need from you?

As a key member of our Support Team, you will be able demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with some Project Management experience and knowledge ideally too
  • Experience of managing multiple cross-organisational change projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Leading multi-skilled project teams
  • Experience of engaging with project stakeholders to embed system and process change, and successful delivery of projects.
  • Experience of managing projects in a commercial/contact centre environment and a professional qualification in Business Analysis and/or Project Management would be advantageous.
