We are looking for a B2B Customer Service Specialist to join our innovative Operations Team in Leeds
Job Description
First Locate are one of the UK’s largest outsource resources for debt resolution and payment processing. We have been a leading Debt Management business for over two decades. Our First Locate Family is made up of approx. 250 people from North and West Yorkshire who provide excellent customer service to all our clients and extended customers. So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:
As our B2B Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Answering Inbound calls and delivering outbound calls to SME businesses.
- Supporting SME business owners through financial difficulties
- Working on behalf of highly valued utility clients across the UK.
- Administration skills will be taught, communications with customers over email.
- Using multiple client systems to review customer accounts.
- Collecting payments & Arranging payment plans
- Negotiating settlements
- Developing key relationships with our customers and clients on a daily basis
- Delivery of individual KPI’s on a monthly basis
- Adhering to Data Protection Laws
- Other duties as assigned
