Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00

Location: Leeds (Office Based)

Full Time: 35 hours per week

 

We are looking for a Client Development Manager to join our innovative Client Services Team in Leeds.

First Locate are one of the UK’s largest outsource resources for debt resolution and payment processing. We have been a leading Debt Management business for over two decades. So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:

A Client Development Manager (CDM) is responsible for ensuring that key metrics such as performance liquidation rates and quality goals are delivered whilst keeping an eye out for increased opportunities to potential income streams from existing clients.

Our CDM is forward-thinking and helps ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and performance whilst our business sales goals are supported. With the ability to liaise directly with our clients as well as managing key stakeholders internally.

This may be through existing portfolios where allocation of work could be increased through delivering expected goals and targets, or alternatively exploratory conversations with our existing clients to help support them in other aspects of their business.

As our Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitor and act on client performance failings.
  • Periodic attendance with key clients for feedback and to understand any concerns.
  • Reporting back insight gained via client feedback.
  • Preparation and monitoring of allocation deficits and where gains could be made for each client portfolio.
  • Preparation of PowerPoint pitches where necessary
  • Helping to support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Reporting back on contract performance and general service delivery
  • Supporting the Client Services function with ad hoc request as and when required.
  • Be an ambassador for Excellence and our Core Values

 

What we need from you?

As a key member of our Client Services Team, you will be able demonstrate the following skills:

  • Ability to interpret data is key, although MI will be provided.
