1st LOCATE ® is a customer service management company which provides a comprehensive range of services through a number of trading styles and subsidiaries. Operating from 2 sites in Yorkshire, our headcount is currently around 100 but is expected to rise throughout 2007 with the opening of our third site.
Our core
business revolves around services that are
outsourced to us (customer services, call
centres, credit control, billing
management or account recovery) -
primarily because we are able to improve
efficiencies, productivity and
performance, yet introduce major cost
saving benefits in the process. We also
operate a number of Consumer orientated
websites that enable individual customers
to benefit from some of the services we
can offer
1st Locate is a privately owned Limited
company with a track record of stability
and profitability. Turnover for 2007 will
be in the region of £4 million and staff
numbers will be around 130.

the Call Centre industry but also develop
in-house software solutions to maximise
the efficiency and capabilities of call
centre operations.

IP telephony and are an accredited
reseller of Swyx solutions.
