Job Summary:

  • To support and develop the business Quality Management System which is accredited to ISO 9001:2015. This will include ensuring control of documents and records, involvement in internal audits and process improvement initiatives across the business.
  • To assess the volume of calls and accounts per agent per week as set by Quality Team Leader, to ensure the business is meeting the standards required. Make sure all work streams are assessed in a consistent manner, using the feedback framework to pass on to Team Leaders to address any issues outlined.

The key objectives of this role are to:

  • Pro-actively assisting management in identifying and containing risk: monitoring, reporting and certification
  • Fostering a compliance culture and optimising relationships with Regulators
  • Supporting all regulatory requests [internal/external]
  • Providing input into Quality training as required [training material, case studies, regulatory updates
  • Supporting the resolution and reporting of quality and compliance breaches
  • Participating in Quality projects and initiatives as required
  • Supporting the wider Business as required in accordance with business and departmental needs
  • To assess the volume of calls and accounts per agent per week as set by Quality Team Leader, to ensure the business is meeting the standards required. Make sure all work streams are assessed in a consistent manner, using the feedback framework to pass on to Team Leaders to address any issues outlined.
  • Complete required reports to give an overview of quality assessed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Work and liaise with colleague on opposite site as required, supporting that person to achieve team targets on a monthly basis.
  • Flag any concerns around the functionality of the quality monitoring program and highlight any themes uncovered through quality checking process.

Who are we looking for?

  • Good educational record, preferably to degree level [Maths and English GCSE passes essential – minimum grade C
  • As the role relates to checking the outputs of staff and processes, the candidate is expected to be highly organised, detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Efficient with Excel and Word
  • Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude for others to follow
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Dependable and self- managed
