Customer Care Advisor
Due to our continuous expansion and growth we are looking to recruit Customer Care Advisors in our Scarborough Contact Centre.
Induction for this role is Monday 21st January 2019.
What you will be doing in your new role as Customer Care Advisor?
At First Locate you will be at the front end of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for helping our clients regain payments from their customers. Your role will be to discuss accounts with customers over the phone, negotiating and problem solving when customer has an outstanding account. You’ll make and answer calls from our customers, take them through security and deal with their requests. These requests could be anything from wanting to pay a bill by card, wanting to set up a payment plan to spread the cost or wanting to resolve a query.
When will you be expected to work?
We have full time Customer Care roles available working 40 hours per week.
Shifts will be core business hours: Examples: 8am – 5pm, 9am-6pm and 11am-8pm.
You will also be expected to work a minimum of 1 in 4 Saturdays which will be 8am-4pm.
