You do not need any contact center experience to work for us, we will provide a full training induction program for you, this will give you all the tools you need to start your exciting journey with us and to start providing our customers with our first-class service.

A full-time role is 40 hours with two late shifts required a week and a Saturday shift which is on a team rota.

We are a contact centre located on the outskirts of Scarborough’s Industrial Estate. A stone through from the Eastfield Proudfoot Supermarket.
Given the current circumstance, we are happy to arrange interviews via video chat if you are unable to make it into the office.
