If you possess good communication skills with a helpful manner, we can teach you the other skills required for a modern office employment environment. We will provide you with the opportunity to gain full PC literacy including spreadsheets, email, internet, IP telephony, word processing and other packages enabling you to either learn new skills or upgrade your existing to a modern work environment. At present, roles are available within our Leeds, Malton or Scarborough operations centre. We are a short walk from Leeds city centre and the Railway Station, easily accessible by public transport with a choice of car parks close by. We also have, a number of new positions in Scarborough, North Yorkshire- These include Customer Service Advisors and Telephone Collectors. We are recruiting at a number of levels up to Team Leader. As with our general recruitment policy, we positively encourage all applicants and offer comprehensive retraining for those moving from other professions.

We offer highly flexible working hours and can offer some roles with extended holidays to cover parents with child care commitments during the school holidays. LEEDS.

Customer Service Advisors and Account Collectors / Negotiators - Utility sector - Leeds
Our Customer Service and Account recovery teams are currently undergoing expansion and we have opportunities for up to 5 new team members in this exciting area. The roles are varied and challenging and will suit confident persons. You should enjoy problem solving and be able to discuss overdue and defaulted customer Utility accounts with a professional and customer focused approach. The ability to negotiate or mediate professionally but remain friendly and confident are just some of the qualities we are looking for. This is a target driven environment and you should enjoy problem solving and a positive work ethic. Full relevant training will be provided although some experience in a target driven environment (this could be sales, customer service or revenue management) may help to establish yourself quicker in this successful team. Salaries are dependant on experience but range from £12.5k - £15k with the opportunity to earn more from performance related pay.

MALTON

Customer Service Advisors and Account Collectors / Negotiators - Malton - 6 vacancies
Our Utility Sector Customer Service and Account recovery teams are currently undergoing expansion and we have opportunities for up to 6 new team members in this exciting area. The roles are varied and challenging and will suit confident persons. You should enjoy problem solving and be able to discuss overdue and defaulted customer accounts with a professional and customer focused approach. The ability to negotiate or mediate professionally but remain friendly and confident are just some of the qualities we are looking for. This is a target driven environment and you should enjoy problem solving and a positive work ethic. Full relevant training will be provided although some experience in a target driven environment (this could be sales, customer service or revenue management) may help to establish yourself quicker in this successful team. Salaries are dependant on experience but range from £11k upwards. An OTE of £15k or more is achievable. Performance related pay can take this figure even higher

SCARBOROUGH

UTILITY SECTOR - Customer Service Advisors - Scarborough - vacancies
Our Customer Service Advisors undertake wide and diverse roles. We take on activities or services that companies wish to outsource. These include Customer Service functions, arrears management, debt recovery, billing queries, sales and product enquiries and other roles that you would expect in a client customer relationship. Our current portfolio of clients include major Gas, Electricity and Water companies, Satellite TV, Banks and Retailers.
Fundamentally, our Customer Service Advisors - (CSA's) are required to be excellent communicators - friendly, caring and professional. Whether you have office based experience with PC's or call telephony systems is not as important. We will provide you with the training and support you need to learn those new skills.
You may have spent your working life in a totally different profession with no exposure to a modern office environment. All roles are target driven and persons who thrive on the challenge of a measureable target tend to establish themselves quickly into one of our highly successful teams.
