Our customer service agents and revenue negotiators are skilled in all types of Gas, Electricity and Water payment tariffs, metering options & measured/unmeasured consumption issues. We invest much time in staff training for this sector and the regulatory issues and restrictions in force. Our success in this sector has resulted in an increasing reliance by our existing Utility clients who now utilise our services across all aspects of the customer management cycle.

 

In addition to undertaking the collection of live accounts and recovery of defaulted Utility accounts we provide billing support and customer service operations to the Utility sector. All UK based, our Contact Centres utilise the latest in telephony with sophisticated call routing and decision based processing to ensure we answer and effectively process all calls. Many of our clients are asking us to provide operations that resolve billing queries identified as a result of a customer changing gas or electricity suppliers.
