1st Locate ® provide low cost short term outbound call services. Our use of technology enables us to offer a fixed fee inclusive of all call charges.

Our services cover the following areas:

customer care

customer fulfilment

surveys

collections

event list confirmation

database confirmation/validation

Our charging mechanism enables us to charge a fixed fee per campaign irrespective of the number of calls made. In effect, you are paying per operative rather than call costs + operative. Whether you make 10 calls or 10000, you pay only for the operatives utilised.

The minimum commitment is the equivalent of 1 x FTE per month or 4 FTE's for 1 week. We agree a fixed all inclusive fee for the level of resource provided which includes all telephony regardless of how many calls or where these are made. We charge in the region of £2500 per month per FTE (or pro rata'd for less than 1 month) for small or short term assignments and considerably less where the service is ongoing or the assignment involves higher levels of staffing.. We offer rates as low as £1800 per month per FTE including all outbound call charges for longer contracts with FTE commitments of 6 or more.

Services are operated from the UK using our own staff from one of our two contact centres. Of course, our rates are lower if you only require inbound contact centre services or a blend of in/outbound. Contact us with your requirements.

We use the latest powerdialler equipment and can therefore realise high contact and call volumes. Our systems provide the capability of tailored scripting and contact information. Operatives are provided with client based training, extensive monitoring and development.

Our ability to deploy staff at short notice enables you to commence your campaign with the minimum of delay.

We provide you with service commitments backed up with comprehensive service level agreements detailing our service obligations.
