The company has sought to protect margin and enhance earnings by further development of inhouse technology solutions and a strategy of deploying highly resilient UK based call centres. Sales growth of 12% was in line with expectations as the company prepares itself for another phase of very significant growth. Adjusted EBITDA now exceeds £1.5m

FirstLocate are investing a significant sum in an additional Call Centre facility in North Yorkshire. The site will be operational in the first quarter of 2017 and is expected to create at least 180 new jobs. The investment is being made to service increased demand for dedicated call centre resource servicing complex accounts matters on behalf of Utility companies & Central Government departments.
